Brad previously served as youth and music minister from 1994-97 and returned in May of 2003 He is married to Rebecca, and they have two sons named William and Matthew. Brad graduated from Baylor University and Beeson Divinity School. As pastor of Bethsalem, he has established the highest standard of commitment and excellence in order to lead our fellowship to maximize their life’s potential. God has equipped him to motivate, encourage, and lead people into a deeper, personal relationship with Jesus. We feel blessed to have such a dedicated and gifted man of God as our Pastor and friend.
Cleve is in his third year serving Bethsalem. Cleve was a
former member of Bethsalem as a student before graduating
from Prattville High School and attending Troy University. Upon
his graduation from Troy, God led Cleve back home to serve
Bethsalem and attend New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Cleve relies on the leadership of Christ and His Sufficient Grace
along with the support of his wife, Jenny, to strengthen him to
connect with students in Chilton and Autauga counties. God is
already blessing the student and music ministries, and we are
excited to see what God will continue to do with Cleve in his ministry and marriage.
Kim is our volunteer Children’s and Preschool Director. She heads up all areas of our Children and Preschool ministries. She has been serving in this position for 3 years. She is married to George Edwards and they have 2 children, Brady and Brooklyn.
Shirley has been our Ministry Assistant since Janury of 1995. She handles all of the church office details incuding finances. She is the friendly voice you talk to when you call the church. She is a lifelong member of Bethsalem. Shirley is married to Billy Smith. They have one son, Mark, who is married to Sheryl and one grandchild named Tiffany. Shirley also served as the secretary at West End Baptist Church.
